1. General Terms

  • Refund requests must be submitted formally through our support channels.
  • All refunds will be processed within 90 days from the date of the request.
  • Refunds will only be issued through the same payment gateway used for the original transaction. Alternative methods are not accepted.

2. Digital Products

  • Once a digital product (e.g., software, templates, licensed content) has been delivered and accepted, no refund requests will be entertained.
  • Downloaded or accessed products are considered accepted upon delivery.

3. Remote Staff Services

  • Remote staff services are billed either monthly or on a project basis, depending on the agreement.
  • Once a task or project has been accepted and commenced, refunds cannot be requested.
  • Partial usage of services does not qualify for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase or service acceptance.
  • Failure to use the product or service within the agreed timeframe.
  • Third-party issues (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateway delays) beyond our control.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or proven technical errors on our side.
  • Such exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Governing Terms

  • By purchasing our products or services, clients agree to abide by this Refund Policy.
  • The agency reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
