Refund Policy – Digital Agency
1. General Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted formally through our support channels.
- All refunds will be processed within 90 days from the date of the request.
- Refunds will only be issued through the same payment gateway used for the original transaction. Alternative methods are not accepted.
2. Digital Products
- Once a digital product (e.g., software, templates, licensed content) has been delivered and accepted, no refund requests will be entertained.
- Downloaded or accessed products are considered accepted upon delivery.
3. Remote Staff Services
- Remote staff services are billed either monthly or on a project basis, depending on the agreement.
- Once a task or project has been accepted and commenced, refunds cannot be requested.
- Partial usage of services does not qualify for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase or service acceptance.
- Failure to use the product or service within the agreed timeframe.
- Third-party issues (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateway delays) beyond our control.
5. Exceptions
- Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or proven technical errors on our side.
- Such exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Governing Terms
- By purchasing our products or services, clients agree to abide by this Refund Policy.
- The agency reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
